AI automation for the owner the business still runs through
Recurring work, off your plate.
First system live in three weeks. Built and run for you.
Within a month, the thing costing you the most is off your plate and you're watching it run from one screen. Every month after that, another thing comes off the list. We get there by auditing every recurring task in your business and building the biggest one first.

Tuesday, 6:52 AM. You're still the one doing this.
Inbox: 212 unread. "Every time I would open my email, I'm like, oh my god." (Owner, government supply contractor)
The Friday report: "Ten to twelve hours a week." (Operations manager, pest control operator)
Sunday afternoon: "It's usually on the weekend when I'm able to catch up." (Federal sales lead, government supply contractor)
Recurring work. Yours, every week.
Week one, the task audit. Every recurring task, ranked, with hours against each one: 204 hours a month across 72 tasks. Email triage is marked automate first.
First system live in three weeks. Week 1: the audit picks your first automation. Weeks 2 to 3: first automation and first build go live. Month 2 onward: the list gets shorter, one more job off your plate.
Your data, on one screen. Your business, one screen.
Sales desk: leads sourced, messaged, replied to, and booked, with every drafted reply waiting on your approval.
Client desk: every client, what they run on, where their people are, and who on your team owns them.
Payroll pre-run: every check made on this pay period before a human looked. It prepares and flags. It never moves money.
Deal desk: every live engagement, how far each one is from market, and the one thing holding it there.
Built and run for you.
Month 1, month 2, month 3: a task comes off the list each month.
Recurring work, off your plate. First system live in three weeks. Built and run for you.
See who can cover it, and what still needs you.

The recurring work you're still doing yourself.
Sales
“I'm paying a full-time SDR and they book three meetings a month.”
“We have HubSpot and the pipeline's empty.”
Finance
“I don't know my numbers past the bank balance.”
“I pay a fractional CFO every month and I still can't answer the banker.”
Marketing
“My marketing person quit and nobody's posting.”
“The agency's on retainer and what they send is generic.”
Operations
“Five systems that kind of talk to each other.”
“One guy spends half his week deciding what kind of email each one is.”
How AI automation works with Alset
Three weeks to something working.
Week 1
Find the work that costs you most.
Every recurring task, ranked with hours and dollars against each line. That audit picks your first automation, and it's yours no matter what.
Weeks 2–3
Your biggest bottleneck, working.
Your first automation and the first build go live. Your data comes together on one screen, readable by the whole team.
Month 2 onward
The list gets shorter.
At each review, the next thing to ship is written down. You sign off. Another recurring job comes off your plate.

The same foundation. Whoever needs it.
Every rung includes your task audit, first build, dashboard, review call where next month's ship is written down, an ask-anything AI advisory line, and the security layer. Infrastructure, tools, and security sit inside the monthly. You never handle a vendor bill. Your existing tools stay.
Alset Technologies have done wonders for our operational efficiency on levels that we did not think were previously possible, enabling our small team to confidently tackle a heavy volume of demand that our competitors require dozens of employees to manage. We have slimmed down our software stack from 5 layers down to 2 in the course of about 6 meetings, saving thousands of dollars in monthly fees and tens of thousands in time savings. Above all else, they have made our team smarter, not by charging a fee and implementing a fix to our problems, but by sitting down with our team, hearing our problems, and teaching us how to build our own solutions that fit our needs.
“
Former bottleneck business owner, here. I am so pleased with the amount of time my AI Marketing System has saved me on content creation. I can't imagine NOT having it in my weekly workflow! Thank you for helping me gain some time back! Tyler Nelson is the real deal!
I love my marketing system so much! BRANDify AI has simplified my work/life balance and more time back every week. Tyler Nelson has been a huge difference maker in my business!

I was the entire sales department for RangerWi-Fi while also running technical delivery, which meant prospecting was always lost to client work. That's a losing formula long term. Having a pipeline built for me instead of built by me changes what my week actually looks like. I highly recommend Alset Technologies.
What came out of that room is going to fundamentally change how RangerWi-Fi Consulting operates. Tyler brought the expertise, the energy, and the execution. Grateful for partners who match our intensity.
1414–1616hours a week back
Government supply contractor
One person spent 3535 to 4040% of his week sorting incoming email. The triage ran in shadow mode against the real inbox for 3030 days before go-live, passing at over 8080%.

Production sourcing company
About 66 meetings. 33 roles backfilled with 11 system.

We did it to ourselves first.
Tyler's own task audit found roughly 5050 hours recoverable. The same audit is where your build starts.
Every client who stayed has a dashboard. Every client who churned was watching somebody else's numbers.

The Week-Three Guarantee
Half at signing. At kickoff we write your scoreboard down together: revenue, profit margin, time back, or whatever combination you run the business by. We audit every recurring task first, and that audit picks your first automation, which is live within three weeks and yours no matter what. At week three we also hand you the first build and your dashboard, measured against that scoreboard. You have seven days to decide. Keep it, and the second half and the monthly start. If you're not happy, you get your first payment back and we switch the build off. You get the money or the system, never both, and the first automation stays yours either way.
Against the monthly
The Delivery Guarantee
At every review call we write down what ships next month and you sign off. Miss it, and that month's Build Capacity is credited. Platform & Support isn't part of that, because the system runs either way.

About Alset Technologies
Your business. My responsibility.
I'm Tyler Nelson, a former Army Ranger. I own every client relationship and every review call. A lead developer owns your build. You get to work on the business instead of in it.
Alset Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned AI automation firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, serving businesses nationwide. We help business owners eliminate the recurring work they're still doing themselves, so they're working on the business instead of in it, with the first system live in three weeks, built and run for them.
Every rung runs on dedicated infrastructure: no shared server, no shared database, no other client's data on the same machine. No Alset system ever initiates, authorizes, or executes a financial transaction; a human approves every movement of money.
Start with the thing costing you most
What comes off your plate first?
Bring the recurring job you can't hand off. In a 30-minute discovery call, we'll work out where to start.
We take on two to three new clients a month. That's our delivery limit.
